Looking for ways to develop your Nonviolent Communication (NVC) skills? Here are some strategies to help you get started or deepen your practice, connect with others who share your interest and help spread NVC awareness in our community.
Houston NVC sponsors at least two main workshops each year, typically one in the Spring and one in the Fall. In the past we have offered weekend long workshops with outstanding Facilitators. Check out our Workshop section to learn more about these past events and find information about our upcoming workshops.
We also have information about workshops being offered by Facilitators and an NVC Trainer in our community as well as other offerings in Texas.
If you would like your offering to be listed please contact us.
Looking for a book to further your understanding? Want to learn more but can't attend a workshop? Needing inspiration to keep your compassionate awareness alive in your life? See our Resources section.
Additionally, we provide a list of Local Facilitators that can provide tailored trainings to meet your specific needs. From individual, couples and family coaching to trainings for larger groups (schools, companies, spiritual organizations, nonprofit institutions, etc), these facilitators can create customized workshops for your group, time availability and budget.
Join a Practice Group
Joining a practice group is one of the easiest and most effective ways to deepen your understanding and practice of NVC. For more information, the contact person for each practice group is listed below.
